Branding Department is a brand development company serving the trades industries with a focus on the HVAC industry growth into years 2024-2025.

The candidate will be responsible for finding and closing leads of HVAC companies that require brand development services based on the service platform of the Branding Department. These services include marketing, consultancy, graphic design, business strategy, systems automation, web design, SEO and general business development solutions.

At the Branding Department transparency is important. We provide full disclosure on our wage/commission rates to all candidates. Our aggressive and progressive commission structure has been developed to provide a potentially high rate of income for the right candidate with the motivation to achieve it. Goal

To grow the Branding Department HVAC client stable across the US.

Service Rate/Range

The Branding Department has clients that range from 10k to 120k per year, dependent on the types of custom service they need. All services are annual contracts with a low rate of cancellation. Per client revenues are usually reduced after the first year since startup costs are no longer factored in.

Commission Rate

The Branding Department is offering a high rate of commission for this opportunity based on percentage revenue. The first year will reflect a higher rate due to the startup costs for the client. Ongoing commission rates for year 2+ require little work besides relationship management. The focus of this position must be bringing in new clients.
  • Year 1 rate: 30% per new client ('Year 1' client)
  • Year 2+ rate: 8% per client on established service provision (details below)

Example 1 (single client)
  • Year 1 @30% - Client XYZ brings in 80k which equals 24k commission
  • Year 2 @8% - Client XYZ brings in 60k (reduced after startup costs) which equals 4.8k per year

Example 2 (four clients)
  • Year 1 @30% - Client XYZ brings in 80k which equals 24k commission
  • Year 1 @30% - Client ABC brings in 12k which equals 3.6k commission
  • Year 1 @30% - Client QWE brings in 40k which equals 12k commission
  • Year 1 @30% - Client FGH brings in 60k which equals 18k commission
  • Year 1 total commissions: 57.6k commission ($57,600)

  • Year 2 @8% - Client XYZ brings in 60k which equals 4.8k commission
  • Year 2 @8% - Client ABC brings in 9k which equals $720 commission
  • Year 2 @8% - Client QWE brings in 30k which equals 2.4k commission
  • Year 2 @8% - Client FGH brings in 48k which equals 3.84k commission
  • Year 2 total current client commissions @8%: 11.760k commission ($11,760)
  • This year 2 commission is in addition to any new Year 1 @30% clients brought into the Branding Department stable
  • Assuming a same-rate as initial year 1 of 57.6k, the new total would be:
    57.6k + 11.760k = 69.36k ($69,360 year 2 total income)
    This would increase with more new 'Year 1' clients


Added services:

If a client retains new services from the Branding Department, those new services are commissioned out at a rate range of 5% to 10% dependent on the type of services. More details will be provided.

New client rate expectations

This position will require new HVAC clients within the first 30 days of hiring. Monthly reviews will be conducted to ensure pacing, lead handling and closure rates are met. Quota expectations will be determined during the hiring process.

Position review

This is a contracted position that will be under review monthly for the first three months of the agreement and is subject to cancellation if quotas or other concerns are not met. Following the first three months, quarterly reviews will conducted.
